Backup & Restore AD to another PDC

I have an exisiting AD on one PDC called "Corporate" and i would like to copy the users and groups from the AD to another new PDC that i created called "Test"

any ideas on how easy or complex this is? any step by step?

what kind of server do you have?

in theory, what you have to do is install the second AD, get activedir and dns to run and syncronize with the first server. then transfer FSMO roles to the second, and dcpromo the first server, demoting it from the domain
