Download HijackThis self-extracting zip version from here. Once downloaded, double click on the file & it will install into it's own, permanent folder.
Start HJT & press the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. When the scan is finished a window will pop up giving you the option of where to save it. Save it to desktop where it is easy to access. Open the log file and copy the entire contents of the file & paste it into the body of your post. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET. Most of what is there is necessary for the running of your system.

Can you please do the following.

Because you didn't follow my instructions correctly from my last post, you need to move HiJackThis to it's own folder; like c:\HJT. When we're done 'cleaning' off your system, we're going to 'flush' the temporary folders which, with HiJackThis in it's current location, we'll lose both the program and the backups it creates. These backups are important in case we need to restore any 'fixed' entry(s) later.
Also move the "Backups" folder, for HiJackThis, if present.

Can you please do the following.

Scan with HijackThis and then place a check next to all the following, if present:
O2 - BHO: Info cache - {385AB8C6-FB22-4D17-8834-064E2BA0A6F0} - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\PCTools\pctools.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [System] C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Updaterun.exe
Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure you are able to view system and hidden files/ folders:
files...
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\PCTools\pctools.dll
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Updaterun.exe

Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in Safe Mode by doing the following:

Reboot.

After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and post back a new log. Please let me know how your pc is now.
Go here and download then run Silent Runners.vbs. Right click on the download link and select Save Target As. Save it to the desktop or to a folder in a permanent directory. It generates a log which will be created in the same folder you are running it from. Please post the information back in this thread.
If you have a script blocking program, please allow the file to run. It is not malicious.

- After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
