Norton Issues

Hello,

I've been having problems with Norton Internet Security 2005 for a while, where I was unable to uninstall it. Norton restricted me from using AIM and any other messaging tools.

Today I took some action, and seeked some user help, and deleted the folders for Norton in regedit area.

Everything worked out fine, and my messanger started working agian, but five minutes later, problesm started to begin.

Everytime I open IE I get this error message:

Iexplore has caused an error in NAVSHEXT.DLL. Iexplore will now close. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.
Most of everything I do comes up blank, like the control panel and the About section of IE.

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be most helpful.
