Windows Media player 11 will play some audio and video fine, but then I try to play *.asx or *.wvx, I get the video but no audio.

I have reinstalled codecs, WMP 11, drivers, and tried many other things, but nothing fixes this.

Can someone please offer me some sugestions?

Thanks

Download K-Lite Codec Pack and associate the codecs with Windows Media Player; that will most likely work. K-Lite has a lot of codecs so it should have you covered.
