Shortcuts wont work

I need some help with getting my shortcuts to work again. when clicking on them nothing loads, the only way to get the programs to load is by getting into the program files or doing a run. Running Hijack this brings this up. Let me know

As long as you know what this is mcmeng.net alls good.

Right click on your icons click properties and check the target fields and make sure they are correct.If not click find target.

all the targets are correct. something happened in the registry that has changed any shortcut from working. If i go to start programs they will not work that way either. The only way of getting it to work is through run or clicking on the exe icon.

did you get sorted? if not, this will restore the default registry settings for lnk file associations.
Unzip, dclick the reg file and answer yes.
'Course, you'd do a restore point first, wouldn you? i mean, that would be just smart....
