Hello I'm a civil engineering student and I don't know much of programming. I have to make a program [in Visual Basic] to identify if a certain spot with known coordinates is placed inside a the known polygon of a road. The coordinates of the polygon consisted by the road's borders are known too. Please help me I'm desperate and my prof doesn't seem to care enough. My deadline is approaching real soon
