Web design agency is seeking Ruby on Rails developers for on-site work. Payroll and contract positions available with benefits for those who seek Payroll positions. All positions are full time 9am-5pm and are in the Chicago area at our office.

Applicants should possess an awesome understanding of the web, from both a programming and design perspective. We need you to be more of a programmer than a designer, but we also need to know that you have maintained core concepts in web design from past positions, and that you are a go-getter when it comes to developing complex Content Management System based websites.

An understanding of Ruby on Rails, AJAX, DHTML, CSS, PHP and WC3 standards is a must have. We don't need the Ruby veterans, only those who have the drive to learn quickly.
