The menus are behaving extremely strangely in both ie and firefox.
I feel that there is no need for the link to the home page to contain a drop down.

The discount ad/banner can be placed on the right side below the mini basket.The posters ie the johnny depp ones can be placed at its place. This will be better because people generally like to see what the sites gotta offer before they look around for discounts.

The site looks as if its completely in red and white. atleast for the background color of the header in the boxes you can opt for something like violet.

Also, the photos quality dont come forth which may be because of their size. so atleast try to place a big pic on the side of the page.ie on the left side in the place of top pics, place a vertical banner like thing which keeps on alternating.

The banner at the top should probably have much larger height.

also try to incorporate flash if you know how to design one.you sell posters n not text!!!

eventhough m a big manu fan, m asking u to have a look at the colors!!! so its gotta be really serious...........
