Cannot Find Server.

I got an ADSL connection awhile ago, and this problem hasn't bothered me, but I would like to find a solution to it. Sometimes it seems that my browser jumps ahead of itself. For example I will go to google, and it'll automatically go to the 'Cannot Find Server' page. It happens in all my other browsers, too. A quick fix is refresh and it'll go there. I need to do something so that I don't always have to press refresh. The crawsers I have are IE, Opera, Mozilla Firebird. Thanks in advance!

Perhaps this is related to a firewall you're running?
