Dynamic array with update

Does anyone have an example to show a dynamic array of a db table that can be updated. table consists of 3 fields of which the team name is the only constant- points and percentage need to be changed weekly. Any help will be very much appreciated, i have tried to make changes to script that do something similar but thay do not show the complete list (8 teams)
eg:
team name points %
team1 45 89
team2 78 90
eg:
team name points %
team1 45 89
team2 78 90
What is the percentage actually representing? Is it the percentage of the point that that team hold of the total point in the table?
