There is something wrong with my modem!!

Hi everyone, well my problem is apparant from the title above...but anyways, i better get u guys in detail...
Modem model : Aztech , DSL600EU (router)
Ok, this is how it goes, when i was upgrading my modem's firmware, my hse sort of had a power failure (note that the upgrading process still take place before the power failure). Consequently after that, when i logged back in to my account, i don't have access to the internet anymore. Only 2 of my modem's light were on, which were the POWER light and the ETHERNET light...The DSL and PPP lights were remained off...Any solutions to this problem? Really need some help urgently....BTW i'm using my laptop to sign in...
