Help How do I get rid of the IEXPLORE.EXE virus?

IEXPLORE.EXE appears twice in my Task Manager of running processes. Cannot stop the process and when I do they keep popping up again. Here is my HijackThis log

First of all could you click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs and uninstall 'Window Search', 'Window Searching', 'Lop.com', 'LOP SEARCH', 'Browser Enhancer', or 'Ultimate Browser Enhancer' if listed. You may be given a code to insert, do so and reboot when done. If not listed there, run the Lop Remover from:
http://66.220.17.157/help.html

Another hijackthis log in normal mode is necessary too.
Please uninstall the Beta version of hijackthis and download the latest final version, 1.99.1

None of those programs were listed in the Remove Programs list. I have run Lop Remover, installed HijackThis 1.99.1 and here is the log in normal mode. I appreciate your help.

Hey crunchie.
I ran a search for all .tmp files and deleted them. Then emptied my C:\ Windows/Prefetch folder (which had an IEXPLORE file in it) and it seems to have done the job. There are no more IEXPLORE.EXE listed in the Windows Task Manager processes list.
