hi...
1) i want a datagrid which is blank on form load with only column header and a blank row allowing user to enter data.
2)The data in datagrid should be inserted in the db(access) when clicked on save button.

i dont know whether this wil help. but try that link out. See whether you can use some stuff from the linl. Sorry being rude but according to this forum rules you have to post in some code so that we could assist you.
