Windows Mobile & Datagrid

I've inherited a project in VB.Net 2005 and I know very little about VB.Net
It is for Windows Mobile 5 and uses a datagrid (apparently this is the only grid I can use on Windows Mobile 5).
I am displaying fine, and on the table adapter I selected to have it auto generate the insert, update, and delete methods.
I am able to display the data with the datagrid, but cannot figure out how to allow updates and deletes.
Does anyone have any experience with datagrid on Windows Mobile?
