How you all doing?

I'm trying to grow my biz & wondering if anyone knows of a really good programmer/web developer who is of entrepreneurial spirit, definitely understands how businesses run & who is interested in partnering up with a bizperson (Me) so we can make money together. There is a potential for a lot of money with my vision.

Absolutes Musts include:

* Excellent communication skills; participates in almost all aspects of the biz, not just waits for instruction (someone
proactive) - having a sense of humour is a great asset too LOL

* Trustworthy, honest & doesn't lie or exaggerate the truth & can be upfront if they have a problem

* Actually has time to invest, so if you are very busy, we aren't a good fit. (I pay all the bills, unfortunately LOL, & wear other hats in the company, so I'm just as busy)

* Experienced in their field, but always loves to learn more (no "know it alls" please)

* Has some additional experience coding web sites: CSS, PHP, JS (designer not needed, I will find those)

* Can take direction, but works well with a team as well as independently.

* Doesn't have a problem with meetings (showing up), scheduling, being organized etc.

And, can get the job DONE !
