Is it possible to submit a sitemap to Yahoo much the same way one uses Google Webmaster Tools?

Yes. Just put the following line in your robots.txt file:

Sitemap: http://www.daniweb.com/sitemap.xml

This will allow Google, Yahoo, MSN, and Ask.com to all find and use your sitemap. They all use the same sitemap now and this allows you to submit it to all of them with virtually no work. It is a wonderful thing.

Awesome. I must have spent like twenty minutes trying to figure out how to submit my sitemap to the SEs other than Google (I had heard it could be done but didn't know how). Autodiscovery is fun
