USB ports not recognizing anything

A few days ago my USB ports stopped recognizing anything plugged into them. I’ve tried game controllers (A Sidewinder Force Feedback Pro) a USB mouse (Logitech), and multiple flash drives, all of which worked on other computers. I tested them on all the ports on my computer, and none of them work. According to my device manager, everything is working just fine. Any ideas?
