we are legit and if your site can help us and we help you acheive what you want, no need to be wary. Our sites receive anywhere from 500 and up traffic a month. If you are interested, just email me and we can exchange sites.

I have an Atkins Diet link exchange which has a PR 5 links page and a PR 6 homepage. Your relevant link will be placed in the PR 5 page. The only request is that you place ours in a page with PR 4 or higher.

I also have access to another online pharmacy with PR 4 homepage. The links directory is however new and would need some weeks before a PR.
