My first opinion when I visit the site is "default SubSilver" style. Then I look at the logo, and I recognize the style is from one of those instant online free logo makers. What I do like about each affiliate forum is that there is a sticky with all the info about it. However, all the affiliate programs I see are unpopular ones, and I don't see any of the big companies. Try including a forum about BeFree, Commission Junction, etc. that everyone knows about.

As this is a non money making site I used the subsilver/phpBB format because many of the available hacks are designed for the sub-silver template. I will be adding the more popular affiliate programs as people join. I cannot add forums about programs I have little knowledge of as I want to be able to provide intelligent discussions on these programs. The forums that are available might be less popular but I have people that are members/administrators of these programs that can moderate and intelligently answer questions on these programs and have said they will send members of these programs to the site for their questions. Any knowlegeable members of the larger more popular programs are more than welcome to join and I would be happy to start forums on these programs with them as moderators.
well you dont have to change the template but you could think about changing the colors up alittle bit
just my 2 cents tho
other then that you have a nice site there
