MMm alright. It is a good layout for the content. HTML is great for high content websites. Logo looks very good too! But a white background? You need another color in there. Right now you got dk green, light green, white, and black. Try the greens but with these colors #657E85, #52626D, and for the background #DCE2E5 in stead of black and white. Also maybe along the top get a nice picture of the city or something that coordinates with the site, have it fade to your logo on the left, and maybe move the ad to the bottom.

Might I suggest also placing a date on this site? I can't determine if this is relevant or old news.

I agree with cmills that you need some color on this site, preferably something with a Florida touch.
