Internet Explorer very slow

For the last few weeks I have noticed that my Internet Explorer runs very slow. I am using Windows XP. It seems to run even slower late at night (early am) for no apparaent reason. I have been using Spybot and Ad-aware 6.0for several weeks (before the problem started). I use Mcafee Virus protection on the computer and no virus have shown up in scans (I also did an extra check on Panda).
I recently noticed something which I don't know if it is related (a while after the slowdown had already started), but in my email I was getting a few administration email messages of returned email whcih were emails I had not even sent. These were about 3 a day for about 3-4 days and have not happenned for a few days now.
We are running a linksys wireless router to a laptop in the home and it is very slow as well for about the same amount of time.
I will post my hijack list in case it is helpful since I really don't understand most of what is there.
If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated!!!

How big is your IE Cache?
Firefox: no, its not the end all solution, it has its own issues and in time it will be just as insecure as IE, when its hit Firefox 6, if it makes it that far. Oh, and AOL pays for it, incase you didn't know.

Microsoft & Windows: If you hate it so much, move to linux, or bsd, or anything else, stop complaning and move on.

Caperjack,

Thanks for looking at the log.

I received a few more Mail Administrator email messages "mail system error returned mail"- which are messages that were supposedly sent by me to others that the addresses were no good. But I never sent these or the others that are coming back. Could it be that someone is using my email address to send spam? or worse- could someone actually be using my computer and sending out spam messages? Could this have anything to do with the slow Internet Explorer problem?
Should I repost this as a seperate problem?

Hi Zachery,

Thanks for responding. I do delete the Temporary Internet files once in a while. I did check the Temporary Internet files folder setting (on which I had never been) and it said" amount of disk space to use 124 Mb". Is this what you were asking me?
