Our Business has a maximum seating capacity of capacity for 75 – 100 staff depending on the size and cost of the project. Our staff comprises of a variety of skills such as data base entry; banking; mortgage and finance; data analysts; accounting technicians etc. Each staff is equipped with different levels of skills and education. There is one supervisor per shift for every 15-20 staff and one quality control to every 5-10 staff (This depends on the nature of the Project). All staffs are contracted as per project depending on the skill and cost for the project.
Technology
Our Computer main frame consists of >80G hard drive; 512MB; Pentium IV processors; flat screen monitor; Air Condition Work Areas with Lunch and Washroom Facilities for both Male and Female. The software used by our business will depend on the project and it is usually supplied by the contractor.
Start Time
Our Start time for any project is one – two weeks depending on the training and sensitivity analysis that is need to equip staff for quality.
Financial
Before the business accepts any contracts there must be a payment LC established between parties and duration of the project should be between 10 -14 months or Advance Payment.
General
