i have a problem with excel, i work in an organisation where our main data is stored in excel files. the problem is excel does not allow access to the file by multiple users. only the first person will be able to make and save changes, any other person who opens the file can only make changes but wont be able to save them at the end.
when he manages to save the changes, he will overwrite the changes made by the first person.
i need a way around this problem,
desperate, plz help
