I am looking for a Web developer and Graphic designer/artist. This is an opportunity to be a part of a startup Ecommerce site. I am a Project Manager and have experience in the public markets. This is not a contract offer but an equity offer in ownership. Those who qualify will become a partner. No money is required as I am the financier. Once the business model is completed and web development completed the Company will file Form SB2 and Form 211 with the Securities Exchange Commission to become a fully reporting Company and to have its shares traded on an exchange.
