i have already created a toolstrip however do anyone know how can i make the toolbar dockable?

Probably .NET 2005 Express, if you ask me:

I haven't tried... Where do you want to dock it? The bottom?

Add the ToolStripContainer to your form. Add your ToolStrip to it. Now you can dock the ToolStrip to the top, bottom, left or right sides.
