Anyway, the article doesn't claim the moon was blown up, just hit with a really big bang.
As people are clearly allowed to attack me but I'm not allowed to defend myself, I no longer post to this site.
Wouldn't the moon's pieces hit the Earth and kill a lot of people be4 the tidal effects occurred? Depending on how much of the moon was blown into complete oblivion..
