Summary:
This position provides software development support for firm programs as well as client software with a primary focus on applications development. The software developers serve as members of the Firm Information Systems Group and work with managers and clients to translate programming requirements into workable code.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Develop projects with an emphasis on business application programming support and custom software development.
· Write add-ons and plug-ins for 3rd party software.
· Work with accounting and litigation support software and re-write foundation of various software.
Technical Requirements:
· C#, MS SQL 2000, ASP.Net and ADO.Net experience required.
· MS Office experience with specific exposure to Excel desired.
· Report writing experience desired with Crystal report writing software the preferred program.
· Web application development desired.
· Experience writing queries, stored procedures and other SQL objects.
· Basic experience with data-base design.
General Requirements:
· At least 2-3 years of experience with all aspects of this position’s description.
· Ability to work extended or off hours as required.
· Ability to work with deadlines.
· Some travel to client’s place of work required.
· Friendly presence and helpful, professional attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
