Thanks for all of your help, I'll be checking into a few of these programs. I'll check out www.avast.com first, anything extra helps too, and again, thanks.

Hi

Try NOD32 for anti-virus, it uses less memory and very less time for
full system scan.u also get updates everyday,its not free though but u can find cracks and keygens for it, and also try ad-aware for anti spywares,its free and very effective..try downloading CWC shredder, only this eliminates spywares..... Do visit this site to know more.
