i am not able to install the video driver for my tv card altough the othr audio ,tuner and video controller are functioning propely. its a eaqsy tv tuner card which is fully functionall on my friends computer. I have changed the pci slots but still got the problem. anyone help!!!!

sorry for myspelling the tv card is a easy tv tuner based on philips bt878 chipset. the motherboard is a pcchips m963gv version 5.0 with sis 961 fx but on the chip it indicates 964L. the tv card was fully function untill i unpluged it but on reinserting it i get a BSOD indicating driver problems or a ORQL error. help!!! thax
