the site is visually impressive (once it loads) perhaps just condense some of the images if possibel as it currently is taking 6-7secs for each page to load

really nice looking site. probably why loading times are so slow is coz u did a export directly from photoshop (image ready). What did you use, sitegrinder? haven't tried using it before and actually really impressed with the outcome.

Nice looking entrance page however every link i try at the bottom returns as:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I hope that this is a routine maintainace thing, I will check back later to see if it is

I think this is very nice design, but I woul get rid of the music... A little bit annoying.

Your site design seems appropriate to the content and it's intended audience. If you really want music on the page, I suggest you give the user the opportunity to disable it.
With only the centre text changing, you might want to consider the use of Ajax. As I understand it, the rest of the page would stay in the browser and only the required text would change. That'll decrease loading times.
