Urgent Problem...please Help!!!!!!!!

hello, i changed something in BioS and then when i rebooted the computer ... the monitor was blank and computer was still running...and this is happening all the time. now i don't know what to do

PLEASE HELP!!!

I think he changed his bios setiings and now it is using the onboard video insstead of the addin one or vice versa
