Help PHP - creating subdomains - creating child websites for users

  #1
Jun 17th, 2007
We all know http://www.wordpress.com
We create account there and it comes like:
http://www.javedkhalil.wordpress.com
or
http://www.leopardsag.wordpress.com

Ok now is it possible in php that we give user permission to create a website or a single page on our domain and its url will be like that.
User name is added before the domain name and there will be user's created page or url.
Lets say Javed creates account at website [url="http://www.javedkhalil.com"]http://www.javedkhalil.com
and he is given a page also for free like http://www.javed.javedkhalil.com which he can edit later !!!

Databse invlovement will be there for sure. Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks
