Windows 2003 Server RC2 and Windows Server Small Business running together?

Our main server runs Windows 2003 RC2 Server Standard, we are adding a backup server but we only have 1 Server 2003 licence per site, would there be any complications if we set up the backup server running on Windows 2003 Small Business Premium?
