Hi there,
Had look at the site.
Deals with the work place and users are invited to read about work places and write about their own work place. I think the theme is very relevant and holds much promise for developing a better philosophy about work places and work.
The site has a 'landing page' you get after entering the URL. The home page is not the same as the landing page and once in the site, if you wish to get back to the landing page there is no link to it.
The site has 4 tabs...I comment on 3. Forums provides a healthy range of topics. Search needs a bit more definition:job search, company search, general search? The FAQ will expand in time.
Terms and Conditions: When finances allow, please have an qualified Internet Attorney, one with practice dedicated to the Internet, have a look at this statement.
There is plenty of white spaces on the pages, so they don't look cramped. I anticipate that the colors will morph in time to come, and that for this introductory version, what you have is okay for now.
Great topic. Good luck in building your site to a super site because the topic you address is a very relevant one.
Regards,
Rick
