help in an application to send data to and from a bluetooth enabled phone

hi can you please help me in this application we are trying to implement. we need to send an image to a mobile from the pc via Bluetooth. i'm using the bluesolein dongle. can anybody please help me with the application for i'm not sure which types of apis to use.
