Hi everyone.
I have launched a website, I would appreciate if somebody could review and provide feedback.
The site url is http://www.outsource2global.com
Outsource2global.com provides a unique platform to service seekers and service providers – a place where buyers (Companies & Organisations) can post their projects and contractors (freelancers) can bid to work on these projects.
Thank you in advance.

I like the color layout but the site seems a little difficult to navigate. I guess I would work on your white space a bit because it seems a bit cluttered as well as making your links stand out there are parts where your links look like common text and you can't separate them until You scroll over them.

Nice sharp looking site.
The sound associated with the rollover on the navigation is a bit annoying. Think about how many people browse the web from their offices, and the noise can point out that they are not doing their work, and attract the attention of other employers, maybe even get that employee in trouble.
I am not quite sure why you need to display the date and time in the top left of the screen, this is far too valuable of a location to waste it on the time.
The graphics look very good, they convey the ideas well.
Good luck with the site.

Get yourself a javascript to avoid the stupid activation of the flash component in IE. There are pleanty of those on the internet. I am talking about the menu - why should a user have to click to activate the control in order to access the menus? You can avoid this easily.
