This is a full-time position with a growing Hospitality company in Orlando. Local candidates preferred.
Responsible for the analysis, configuration, and installation of workgroup technology tools and solutions to meet the needs of the business / department / workgroup. Will understand the business, the workflows, and business rules of the assigned departments and workgroups. Will be able to translate business and workgroup requirements into technology tools and solutions that enable the success of the workgroup. Responsible for coordinating overall support for workgroup tools and solutions. Will be able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal assistance and guidance.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the analysis, configuration, and installation of workgroup technology tools (primarily workflow tools) and solutions to meet the needs of the business / department / workgroup. Demonstrates strong partnering and communication skills; collaborates with the business teams to identify appropriate workflows and processes that would benefit from workgroup technology. Responsible for coordinating with workgroup vendors where applicable. Ensures appropriate versions used, patches applied.
Documents results of analysis, configuration, and installations. Assists in support documentation. Coordinates and participates in support tasks such as maintenance (including upgrades and patches), system enhancements, and troubleshooting. Reviews effectiveness of workgroup tools and solutions deployed; refines tools and solutions, reviews workflows. Performs other duties as assigned by IT Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or 5 years related work experience.
Technology/systems – design and implementation
Client/Server management.
Process flow and workflow design.
Documentum workflow configuration and support experience is preferred.
Microsoft Project and MS Office experience required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
