Uh.. What OS are you using? What happens when you click "Help and Support"? Why do you need to click that anyway?

Josh,
The message says" Windows can not open help and support because a system service isn't running. The reason I need to open this is because I'm takin an online course and it was showing me how to do and it won't open it.

Go to control panel- administrative tools- services. Find "Help and Support". Right-click it, and hit Start.
