can not find script file "C:\achi.dll.vbs"

Hi all!
I had removed a virus called achi from regsitry and the files it leaves on my C: drive....
I got the instructions from http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-achi.html
However, when I Double click on my C:, it shows:
can not find script file "C:\achi.dll.vbs"
How do I restore this shortcut to C:\ and explore? IF I right click it to explore ,its fine..
