Yes overall a nice clean design
You can remove the horizontal scroll in the text area......don't think you need that.
scrolls are the only negative part of the design

The scroll bars are the only bad thing that I could find.

Scroll bars kind of look annoying. Each page I click on, I have to scroll down and it's hard to see. In my laptop screen I have to scroll down once, then twice for the scroller area.

Newsletter page could be branded with same color palette I guess too.

I am going to state what's already been said before but yes scrolls are making the whole design look cheap and unprofessional.

I would consider "freeing" that "maintext" div from any scroll and maybe achieving the same effect using
either
1)Unobtrusive javascript techniques
or
2) with making the background image fixed to the background
(background-attachment:fixed)

Thanks heaps for the feedback.
I have set the overflow to auto rather than scroll, so the scroll bars should only show up when they are needed rather than all the time.
As far as using javascript to fix the problem, I tend to avoid using javascript unless there's just no other way to solve the problem. I am however, a big fan of css.
The only other way that I could think of to completely do away with the second scroll bar is to control the scrolling with the main page scroll bar, but i think that might result in more annoyance and confusion from a user standpoint than it is worth
thoughts?
