I have an business plan, that I believe is pretty solid and untried. I have start up capital and access to venture capitalist once I have developed the actual product. I have a strong customer base and an excellent marketing plan. What I don't have is a developer to help develop the idea and drive the technology side of my business which is 50-75% of the business model. I know what I want in my head, I have no idea how to produce it or the actual feasibility of doing it.

Essentially, I am looking to create a myspace type website with some specific applications for a targeted market.

Please PM with direction on how to being explaining it to someone. Feel free to throw out any ideas.

FYI, I thought about hiring a development firm, however I would much rather find an equity partner that is passionate about getting the product out and right and not just me paying them.
