Heh ladies and gents wondered if someone might know the answer to this one;

currently work has required us to change the address details on our autosignatures, (not a problem) anyway so changed the address for mine and other less pc loving colleagues when one college asked if he could have the new sig set up for replies and forwarded message (not a problem) so I selected this using the new edited sig e.g. Tools > Options > Mail Format > Signatures for replies and Forwards > User > Apply > Ok

Now I did edit the old address details using the advanced edit option in the signature options of mail format but it works fine for new emails so what’s happened?

Is it just best to start afresh although I would like to know why outlook is creating this form of madness on a Friday!!

Any ideas please

Hope your all fine and dandy
