Hi There All
Im having a problem connecting to the internet on my other computer through IE..my weather bug has no problem accessing the internet but when i click on a add thats on the weather bug that wont access the internet..Also i cannot access internet options from control panel..the option is there but when i double click nothing happens.. also im running windows xp dont really know what other information you will need.

try to restart your computer first, and try to check internet explorer again

i have a 10mbps connection speed an it feels like i am using a normal 56kbps could it be spyware or anything else???
