I have around 100 web templates, completely ready, coded and i want to sell them off immediately. It is for this reason that i am offering them at extremely cheap prices. All these templates are unique are have not been sold earlier. It would be deleted from the database once sold.

So you can sell them yourself, and make any changes you want. I would be giving it along with .psd and all relevant files.
