We are a small developer team, a junior and a senior programmers, and we are developing our new stand-alone client-server application in .NET C#, using Visual Studio 2005 and MS SQL Server 2005. We already have done the complete analysis.

We are looking for somebody with strong experience in this field, interested in giving us support and advices in advanced programming problems. For example we are now implementing the GUI, experiencing problems with the events between a datagridview and a user control that visualize the details of the selected row, which contains several databindings to related data tables.

Our idea is to have sessions of max 2h where discuss the concrete problems that we have in programming our application and find the best way to program. After that, we will implement the solution and give a feed back at the next session. Everything will be done over Internet, Skype or MSN to communicate and a Remote Desktop Session (we use Deskshare) to see our project.
