looking for a Flash developer - someone who can work with our creatives to realize their designs. This person will advise creatives during the design phase to be sure designs are executable and make suggestions for functional and behavioral improvements.

Advanced skills in ActionScript compatible with Flash Player 6, and be able to create smoothly functioning full-Flash websites with dynamic content, pay attention to details, both static and time-based. optimize files as much as possible and break them up for incremental downloads. separate content from .fla file as much as reasonable. collaborate well with back-end developers to support integration with custom applications built for site. practice due diligence with error notification.

Enjoy being presented with challenges . maintain easily updated files with appropriate naming and commenting, debugging projects . chart out reasonable deadlines, and then stick to them. able to make decisions based on existing design standards, roll out an entire site without necessarily needing to see every page laid out. The ability to create clean XHTML to house your Flash is required. Experience with PHP is a plus.
