Things i know and things you may avoid for now , in your review :
- I know some pages do not have full content
- The white box on the left is a placeholder for 'latest projects'
- if you have seen this post on another forum , feel free to avoid, i am posting / requesting feedback on different sites to get as many different feeback i can get
- please comment about colors
- please comment on errors in page you notice
- please comment on speed or browser issues
- if possible also comment on any seo aspect if possible
thanks and regards
arindra
Nice colours and layout. Love the design. I think this is how a portfolio needs to look like

I like your site a lot. It has a lot of 'pizazz' and nice clean lines.
The one thing I did notice is that the navigation buttons on the left jump around when you roll over them, and they are not exactly lined up. The jumping around can be kind of annoying. Most of the buttons jump up, but the top one jumps to the left. So I'm not sure that's the way you intended on having it. If so, I'd make the jump the exact same number of pixels for each, and more like an animation, not just a pixel shift.
Also, there is one thing about the Flash Navigation (??) on the left, with the rollover buttons.. if that is flash, search engines won't be able to navigate to your inner pages unless you have URL comments somewhere.
Also it's important for informative websites to have lots of copy, which you kind of do, but if the navigation is inaccessible then it is useless to a search engine.
Ratings:
Presentation - A+ (very nice)
Photography - A+ (excellent)
Content - A- (needs more text on some sections, which you did say were incomplete, but this grade includes that)
Technical Merit - B (images misaligned, navigation apparently not accessible to search engines [but I could be wrong])

hi daniwebers,
thanks for the replies and ratings .
i returned here after few days , apologies for that.
1. the first picture is definitely not me
2. Glad you like the pictures ... i buy them from stock photo sites and i intend to use even more hopefully meaningful images throughout the site.
4.everyday i am working with our content , so i hope to fill it up to make the pages helpful for the prospective visitor
5. the left green menu is not flash, it is javascript rollovers , i will change it slightly so as to ensure the images pre-load . I wont be changing them , however to make the page accessible , you will see my text area contains most the the same links .
6. XHTML / W3 validation will be the last job i will do on the website, when i am fully sure i wont change the website any further. not earlier.
anyone here who uses safari ... i am unsure how it looks on safari browser .
thanks again for your inputs .
