wireless access point problem

Dear Everyone,
Can anyone help me with my netgear wireless access point?
I brought a wireless lan card and configured that in computer and is working properly and also brought a new device named netgear and also configured that but now i can't access internet through wireless access point. i have used cable from cisco switch to wireless access point but can't give dynamic ip to the client computer. what should i do?
