This Bytes...Help

I have a wonderful problem today, and yesterday, and Sunday....
I was playing around on www.CMT.com, yes the country music site, and it gave me a bug, a nasty one. When I turn on my pc it brings up an about blank website before I can even click on the E. then I x out and I can't get back in, it says ie not responding so I end task. then I have a popup that appears every 60 seconds from ie. when I try to open control panel it takes 7 mins. If i click start after that no response at all. word also takes 7 mins to open. these pop ups are driving me crazy and I can't do anything on the internet without waiting about 7 mins inbetween clicks. I ran cw shredder it came back with nothing...here is my hajack this log....please help me...i have a ton of homework to do and can't get my midterm paper written..i need my internet and word. I am on a dsl connection. thank you sooooo much.
