Sr. Software Engineer, Advanced Development Team
Kronos seeks a hands-on software engineer to be a lead investigator, problem solver, and prototype developer for new technology adoption in Kronos products. You will work with other development engineers, architects and product managers to understand how business requirements, technology trends and legacy implementations relate to the adoption of new technology and new engineering approaches. In this very visible role, you will have the opportunity to apply your strong personal communication and software skills across the organization and will demonstrate your flexibility to transition across a wide range of functional areas within the product.

Requirements
BS in Computer Science or Engineering with >7 years experience in software development is required. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, to be flexible, to be creative is required, together with a driving curiosity for how great software is built. The ideal candidate will have a very diverse technical background. Demonstrated knowledge of all current Web development technologies including J2EE and .Net architectures is required. Solid knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server experience strongly preferred. Excellent problem solving, written and oral communication skills required.
